This was the perfect fit for my 2017 F150 with the 3.5L ecoboost. I noticed my old cap didn’t seem to be building much pressure. I could unscrew it after the engine warmed up and never heard any venting or pressure. Comparing old and new it looks like the o-ring had gone flat. This was the perfect fix. Fast shipment and fits great. Maybe I didn’t need to replace my thermostat after all.

I will never buy again! Had it on 2 days, and on 2nd day pulled in driveway and had overflow tank bubbling over due to it not sealing and creating backflow. Had coolant all over the place. Put old one back on for now and ran it hard and it never did it. Don't buy it. I have a 2017 3.5 ecoboost and did not work at all for this truck.

Fitment issue… first time used it cross threaded… seemed to be a softer material than original. Never experienced with original cap

Happy because I received fast but the item very poor. Quality is very poor.1: I removed the old seal from the old cap because the new one doesn’t come with the seal. 2: Doesn’t tighten very well, still loose even after I tightened up very well.. I going to request a replacement because I don’t trust. I’m not recommended at all. You get what you pay for. I regret it after buying it. Update: After I requested the return, I tried to remove the cap and the cap stuck part of it on the reservoir tank. Now to remove it needs a pliers to break the cap compartment. So now I wasted my money my time and no refund. I just bought a new one and Motorcraft. Don’t buy it. Is a junk!!
