EASY TO OPERATE
1. Remove low oil pressure switch
2. Attach tester using appropriate adapter(s) for the engine
3. Start engine
4. Read the pressure on the gauge
5. Verify vehicle oil pressure is normal against manufacturer's recommendations
6. Remove tester and turn off the engine
7. Replace the low oil pressure switch
DIAGNOSTIC RESULT
Please refer to equipment manufacturer's operation instruction and compare to the manufacturer's recommended readings, to check if the reading is out of the normal range. And check if the dashboard light works well or not
Below the minimum oil pressure: blocking oil strainer or oil filter, broken pressure-limiting valve spring , poorly working oil pump, low oil viscosity
Above the maximum oil pressure: high oil viscosity, blocking lubrication oil channel, blocking oil filter core and by-pass valve is difficult to open

Had an issue with my oil pressure sensor that I recently had done at Midas (don't take your car to Midas) which I'm assuming they only took my money and did nothing else I was still getting the light after I left them I tested it with this thing tested fine put a new sensor in it myself cuz I didn't know where it was at first works fine this this pressure tester worked great for me help me find out that it's not my engine it's just the sensor they put in.

Kinda sketchy markings on the hose - 300psi w.p. - hopefully it doesn't explode when I use it. It was $28, so I wasn't expecting much, heck just the fittings it includes are probably worth that.

I knew my old Jeep's oil pressure was not 90 PSI. This gauge showed it was 35 PSI. I replaced the oil sending unit and it now reports 35 PSI. Easy to use and to clean up when you remove it.

Assembly was cumbersome, you kinda have to twist the whole hose/assembly to install it. At startup, the pressure was reading at half of what it should have been. When the engine was hot, it read 0. My oil pressure isn't perfect but it sure isn't 0. Sure enough, tested with a name brand calibrated gauge and my oil pressure was fine.Take it from me, don't cheap out and settle for junk products like this. Rent or buy a good unit.

muy bien el producto. solo le falta el adaptador para el sensor de chevrolet trailblazer envoy etc. por que ninguno es de rosca similar por lo demás funciona bien.
