I never had an opportunity to use this hammer. The hammer head was not properly secured to the handle. The company was quick to send out a replacement; however, the replacement came with the same problem.A hammer head should not be able to move up and down. This is a serious safety issue. If had attempted to strike an object it could come off and break something or worst, injure someone. Inconveniently, I will have to make two trips to UPS to return the defective items

I like the hammer for metal work, have used other hammers, this will get places the others have trouble getting into, for the price it is a good hammer, I will need to put a wedge into the handle because it is loose, but over all, nice hammer for the price, worth the wait.

Poorly put together. The head will fly off after a couple of strikes. Handle seems to be glued in place. Can see a huge gap/poor fit and no wedges. Would be dangerous to use as is.
