The impact driver bit changes on the job have been a problem. If I kept the bits loose in the tool belt pouch they would get buried and had to find.This makes it easier to locate and securely holds them, and when someone borrows one I know it.

I just removed the locking portion of the carabiner to make it function more effectively. Or you could swap the carabiner for a different attachment device.

I'm a cable guy, and frequently have to switch between several driver bits while on the job. I used to have to just throw them in a pocket on my tool belt, but digging around for them when I needed a change, especially with gloves, slowed me down, especially up on a ladder, pole, roof, or in an attic. This can't hold my 1/2" shank bits (for drilling concrete, brick, boring holes etc) but that's fine, it holds everything else I need.As another reviewer pointed out, the carabiner is mostly garbage, but would be Good Enough for most, especially if you just leave it locked on your toolbelt most of the time. I just took 4 of the bit holders themselves off and attached them directly to rings on my toolbelt, which works great. The color coding is nice, because I can tell at a glance which bit I'm about to grab, or when I'm at home, I can just ask "Hey, can you go to my tool belt and grab that bit in the red thing?"Other cable guys ask "Whoa, where'd you get that?" I think the only other times I get that question so often are my zip tie holder and magnepull/magnespot, and all those are much harder to find and much more expensive.

Two of the bit holders broke within the first week. Poor design: spring clip retainers pop out very easily and render bit holders useless. Would be OK at a much lower price point, but for the money totally not worth it. Reputable brands offer the same unit for almost the same price, youre way better off with one of those. Limited return window and no support offered. Don't waste your money on these
