First, I want to address a point of potential confusion: The included DMX cable is a 5M-to-3F adapter, not a turnaround. That's good, because I expect you're much more likely to need a 5M-to-3F adapter than a turnaround. I don't know why I keep running into people who call this type of adapter a turnaround, but that's not what a turnaround is. Anyway...I ordered this to check out the potential of using QLC+ for DMX control of my SlimBank Q18. For a small setup without any particularly demanding requirements, it works great. I did have a bit of a time getting it up and running, but that turned out to be a combination of a problem with my PC and some user error on my part. (Even that user error had to do with knowledge of the fixture; the setup of the USB interface itself really couldn't be much simpler.)
