I was nervous to order Amazon Renewed, but was not disappointed in my purchase. To me, everything looks brand new. There are no scratches, dents or dings anywhere on the product or on the box. It works properly and came with all of the standard issue items: canon strap, battery and battery charger, usb c cable, and lens hood. I haven’t looked into registering it with Canon, but will update once I am able. Some people have mentioned that these Renewed cameras are “grey market” (meaning they’re usually sold in China or Japan, making you unable to register and obtain a warranty with Canon USA). I think mine is a normal Canon USA product.Mine was shipped via FedEx, but delivery was super fast and simple. I did have to sign for it. Highly recommend!!!
