I received this water pitcher and noticed that the lid was slightly loose and the colored part of the handle kept falling off. It didn’t appear broken, but it just was a loose fit and I had to hold the lid on when I would pour the water. I sent an email to the company asking if this was usual or was I doing something wrong? They replied by sending me a brand new pitcher. The new picture has a handle that doesn’t separate and the lid does fit more snuggly. I think the first picture I got was simply an anomaly. It’s a great water pitcher and filter system and I’m happy to give it five stars! The filter lasts for 90 days and is worth the price. Water tastes great!!!

Just got it today! At first I was enraged because the lid seemed too small & wouldn't stay on the pitcher! But after taking the filter out of the pitcher a couple of times, & putting it back in, it now seems to fit? I don't get it, but now it has seated it's self & I'm happy! And that is because comparing it to another similar, recently purchased "ZERO WATER" filtered water pitcher, I am very surprized how much BETTER this one is! I originally was going to buy the "CLEARLY" FILTERED PITCHER because it claims to rid nano plastics for $100. The EPIC also claims to stop 99.9% of pollutants, including nano plastics & is $26 cheaper! And by the way Amazon? I feel that I should've gotten this in exchange for the "ill-legal in my state" ISPRING countertop water filter system you sold me, without telling me you wouldn't sell me it's replacement filters! You can put it on a gift card, thank You!

The water filtered with the Epic Filter Nano Pitcher tastes Great! Tastes as good as bottled water. I have a well on my property and for almost 10 years since moving here my family and I would not drink the well water because of its strong sulfur taste. We were spending about $100 a month on bottled water for our family of three. We have tried other water purifying pitchers in the past and they did not remove the egg like taste. THIS ONE DOES %100! I'm also glad to know its removing all sorts of other contaminates in the water as well. Its not the cheapest water filter available but it seems worth the money for me. One filter lasted my household about 2 months before we had to change it. It was just filtering way to slowly, it would take about 12 hours to get one pitcher full of water by the end of the 2nd month. The water still tasted great at that point. For the first month and a half it filtered reasonably quickly. I never timed it but I would estimate with a new filter and my very mineral laden well water it filters a full pitcher of water in about 20 minutes.

There are No filters available for this system. Amazon customer service attempted to locate one and I purchased it, and it did not fit. I would NOT recommend buying this product.

Love the flavour of the water this pitcher makes. It is a very slow drip compared to my old Brita, but has a nicer flavour and I feel safer using this. In my area every spring there are boil water advisories due to run-off and the dangers of cryptosporidium and giardia, so this just fits the bill. I noticed after a couple of weeks that there were very small, hairline cracks in the bottom, but I am not sure if someone else damaged it, (no one admits to it), or if it was flawed, but due to my lack of certainty I have not complained to the company. I little sealant fixed the trouble and it is serviceable once again.

I bought the nano filtration jug, it comes with a complete list of all the things that it filters the runs to 4 sides of A4, we are totally relieved not to be drinking all that poison anymore. You have to discard two lots of filtered water before using it...we find the filtered water tastes almost like melted snow! Very soft and completely different to our south London tap water. I have read some comments about poor quality plastic and the lid coming off. These comments nearly put me off purchasing the jug, I am glad I ignored them, the benefits far outweigh any criticisms, yes the lid does come off when you pour, but ONLY if the filter trough still has water in it, the water in the trough pushes the lid off and water goes everywhere. Simple solution...don't pour any water until it is all filtered through.

The taste between the unfiltered water compared to this filters water is unmatched by anything I've ever used. Contaminants like chlorine, flouride, and lead are extremely toxic to the body and I highly encourage you to purchase this filter if you want to guarantee the removal of those toxins from your water. I always drink tap water but as I have thyroid problems I need to filter out the fluoride. Although there are much cheaper options on the market, this one was the only jug to filter out fluoride along with a huge range of other contaminated whilst still allowing the beneficial ones to remain, which was important to me. I did have a query which I took up with customer service and they responded very speedily and put things right efficiently. I was pleased with the taste of the water after filtering and now use this jug every day. Well worth the extra cost and I would definitely recommend
