I am short it helps with posture but more importantly my knees feels way better since I dont have them hanging or tucked into a chat wheel support. Good product, give it time to inflate. Trust me you’ll get your moneys worth. I’m also not very heavy set though, so idk the experience for people with heavy legs.

It’s perfect in my Promaster van for my passenger to rest his little feet on (grandson) lol it’s well made, sturdy, comfortable, would purchase this product again.

So I guess I had higher expectations for this but it's basically a sturdy pillow to rest your feet on. It does the job and is comfortable for your feet but the picture made the product seem a little more sophisticated than it is.

This foot rest provided me with immediate relief while sitting. I love this foot rest. I suffer with hip, lower back, and sciatic pain and have to sit at a desk most of my days which is very painful and uncomfortable to the point it can be unbearable. This foot rest provides amazing relief. I strongly recommend to anyone who sits long periods of time. This is a great and affordable ergo helper!

Hello my vertically challenged sisters. Do you have to raise your office chair kind of high to type ergonomically on your keyboard tray? Do your feet dangle with just maybe the tips of your toes touching the carpet? Or do you find yourself kind of sitting with one leg tucked under your bum, only to get up and find your penchant for sitting like a pretzel has caused your leg to fall asleep and your back to burn? Say no more, my petite partners. This foamy footstool is the answer. It's literally the perfect height for us diminutive dames to sit up properly with our feet cushioned and comfy. Flat-side down, it's nicely rounded for your tootsies pleasure. Flat-side up, you can rock and roll it to your heart's content. You can even take this li'l two-stepper apart if you feel the need. (But you won't.) It's a tall, tall, world, my wee women. But with this little footstool, you'll feel like you fit.

I have a torn labrum in my hip which causes me pain when sitting if the angle in my hip is not just right. This small footstool raises my feet so that the angle in my hip does not cause pain. Works for me.

You get what you pay for. The description does make it sound like the base is much more rigid material and an actual study base. It’s also just memory foam pillow. The entire thing comes compressed for space.The grippers on the bottom are useless, it slides around quite a bit.Still, it’s helpful to keep the pressure of my legs in my office chair by having something about 6-8†tall to set my feet on.But if I was resting more weight on it, it probably wouldn’t hold up well.

Stays in place well. I’m 5’3†and using both parts is the perfect height for me to have my feet raised in order to reduce pain in my hips. Being a cushion, as opposed to a hard foot rest, has turned out to be more comfortable.
