I made a mistake and bought one of those cheap all in one winders but it fell apart after a few uses. This one you can tell is quality the moment you pick it up. I’ve had no issues at all with the unit.

Great design! It's very comfortable in your hand, and with the ball bearings its super smooth. I've never used or owned a better guitar string winder.

I am a luthier. I do a lot of setups. For years I used a junky winder that I got for free with pack of strings back in the 90s. Now that I'm getting a little older my arthritis is catching up with me. The grip on this winder is large and easy to hang onto. The cross pattern on the business end is also quite handy. It allows you to lock onto any size tuner button without looking or lining it up. Super easy and smooth. Wish I had picked one of these up years ago!

The crank rolls very smoothly.Only personal complaint is that I found it a bit too large in my hand which made it less than ideal to operate. Probably my fault, because the crank is quality made.

Had a standard cheep winder, wouldn't fit between machine heads so it was always a pain to use., just kind of flopped around. This winder has a nice rubber coating, FITS between the heads, fits firmly, smooth action and nice in the hand. If you have a few guitars and don't need a power winder BUY ONE, well worth the $.

Finally got back to playing guitar & bass after the covid years. Having a collection of 4 guitars & 4 basses (how did that happen?) ... now I have to care for and feed the herd. This makes it so easy. Fits securely on bass tuners as well as guitars. The handle & ball bearing keep the hand cramps to a minimum.

Great quality, very comfortable in hand. The tool does it's job extremely well.Used it on guitar, bass, ukulele and banjo, never failed. Adapts well to all the tuning heads and pegs post I have encountered thus far.

Ho sempre avuto un avvolgicorde di quelli economicissimi di plastica dura.Questo ha un materiale non plasticoso ma gommoso, ha diversi intagli per meccaniche di varie dimensioni, da quelle grandi da basso a quelle di plastica grandi, lavorate e spesse, di chitarre tipo Masterbild Epiphone, inoltre sulla punta dell'impugnatura c'e un incavo per estrarre senza problemi e rischio, i piroli della chitarra acustica.Buon rapporto qualita' prezzo
