I love my new truck, but there's a bizarre design decision that leaves a massive gap between the tailgate and the ram boxes. I suppose if you never cover your load that's not a big deal, but it's a huge problem if you have a tonneau cover and need to keep stuff dry underneath. This tailgate seal does a reasonable job of filling the gap. It's not totally waterproof; quite a bit of water still gets through. So, it's good, but not great. I've augmented it with butyl tape, which helps some, but even that combination still doesn't keep all the water out. All-in-all, it's a reasonable solution to a design flaw, but doesn't totally solve the problem.

Stinks to HIGH HELL! NOT good for an enclosed space like a camper. It is BAAAAAAD. You don’t even have to open the package to tell how bad it’s gonna be. I used this years ago for a pickup truck with a truck cap and forgot how bad it stinks.

I have a '22 RAM 25 with the RamBox storage and factory hard tonneau cover. We live on a gravel road. When it's dry out the dust is very heavy and the draft sucks dust into the cracks of the bed eventually coating everything in the back of bed with dust. This basically sealed most of the cracks eliminating the issue. The adhesive holds well after cleaning the surface with alcohol. Lengths worked out well. VERY pleased.

Finally something specific for my RAM. I’ve had this installed for awhile and it keeps out water and even basically all dust/debris along with my MX4 cover. Highly recommend this company overall as well.
