Added this to my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 Trail Boss with the Multi-flex Tailgate. Application is straight forward and pretty easy to do. Just take your time. As they say, measure twice and cut once.So good, so far.I will update if anything changes.I would buy again.

When I ordered this kit for my 2022 GMC 3500 HD and had not read the reviews, nor did I check on compatibility with the HD truck, which is different from the 1500 truck. So after reading the reviews I got worried that maybe this would not work. One reviewer actually gave it a very low rating stating it absolutely did not work on his HD truck.Well, here is the truth. This kit is made up of roll good. It is not pre cut to specific lengths which gives you all the flexibility you need to install this product, frankly, on any tailgate. What makes it multi-pro specific is the amount of roll good you get and the specific instructions for the multi-pro tailgate. I had a couple of feet of the smaller seal left and about a foot of the larger seal left. This is great because there are some short pieces that are used to finish off a seal that I expect will eventually let loose. Now I have enough material to replace those in the future.Overall, very pleased and like that the mid gate is also sealed.

Love this seal!If you want to do the top/inner lip of the tailgate, between it and a hard bed cover, order 2 of these seal kits. The kit wasn’t designed to do that part, so these not enough. I put the 2nd seal kit on the underside lip of the bed cover so that once the tailgate it closed, it seals that. I’d give it 5 stars if the kit came with an extra 5’. After all, why seal the entire tailgate, but then leave that top/front edge of the tailgate unsealed.

This is a good product. The instructions were easy to follow with photos. Scissors and a razor blade are really all you need. You could do it all with a sharp razor blade but I found scissors easy to cut the material quickly and used a razor knife to trim.

I installed this seal on a standard tailgate. Adhesion is very good and there was plenty of material left over. If I had a split tailgate I'm sure I would have used all the seals.

Just installed it so we’ll see how it does keeping out the dust and moisture. The instructions were not well written and consequently a challenge to follow. Found a YouTube video which made it much easier to complete and added some tips the packaged instructions don’t include.

Package came perfect condition until you open the box, sealed bag containing item was torn open, all peices were intact and in good shape, the installation was a chore, the instructions were hard to follow, but persistence prevailed , got job done, seams to do the job, we will see

Worked great for me. I only used the seal around the bed and didn’t use the inner tailgate. I found the inner tailgate doesn’t even leak on my truck.

The Ultimate Kit came with everything required to complete the installation. Missing a few instructions on the supplied instructions, but many online videos available so went well. deviated in a few spots from instructions for what seemed a better solution. Happy with product and delivery was on time.

This seal is a really good material with great adhesion. That's a major pro and a major con, because this material is going to be very difficult to remove completely to reapply a new seal. This will be necessary because of the lack of specific instructions on the places that require the most detail. And they say you can reposition it, sure you can if you only press it on lightly, but if you only press it on lightly, you will test for gaps with a light, find none, and then once you do the final press down for permanent install, things move just enough to create gaps, all of course in places where a tiny bit more guidance from the instructions would solve this problem. They should include twice the seal material so you can put it on once, find your mistakes and redo it all. Just not sure how to remove it now without a pile of work
