Care & Maintenance Instructions:
- Low to medium heat is recommended, when cooking on an open flame, the flame should not exceed the bottom of the pan to avoid burning the pan body.
- When using, put food or cooking oil before heating. Do not heat the pan when it is empty, so as not to damage the surface of the pan and affect the service life.
- Wooden or silicone utensil is recommended, please use sponge or soft scouring pad to clean, so as not to damage the surface of the pan and affect the service life.
- For better care of the pan, please clean up the oil stains and condiments on the outer wall of the pot in time to prevent the pot from turning yellow after heating.

These are the most wonderful pots! I absolutely love them. Non stick cookware no aftertaste in our food. Cook low first than add heat. Solid weight not too heavy but good feel. Worth every penny! Ty

I bought these after buying the frying pan. I burnt/charred a burger and thought I would have to throw away the pan. After soaking for several hours in soap and water, with a vegtable scrubber it washed right out! Nothing sticks to these pans. Heat distributes evenly. The lids have a small steam hole which is nice, nothing boils over. You have to screw on the pot handle and lid handle. I was skeptical of that loosening with time but it has stayed very secure. The surface is resilient. I've yet to get marks or scratches in/on them. I think they are attractive with a quality wooden handles and the design/color of the pans, the website being accurate when viewing. Quality workmanship at a great price. I will be buying more from their line.

This is a cute little pan but we bought it to make rice. It does not work well as there is a small hole in the lid that lets out too much steam. However, we can use it for other things and it is very easy to clean. I like that it works on my induction stovetop.

Im gonna be real. a pot is a pot and as long as it is non-stick it works fine. This one however looks so much better in person than it does in photos. I was scared for it due to looks, but nah it is sexy.I had to rate this on. Heat distribution, ease of clean, and heat resistance. I have no idea how I could ever accurately measure heat distribution. It is a pan that is non-stick of course cleaning is easy. Heat resistance? To what the handle? Sure it is fine, I mean the handle isn't metal so yea.I said this because Amazon doesn't know how to rate a Pot.This pot is a great size, big enough for 2 Ramen noodle packs, family of 4 mash potatoes. but doesn't feel too big for 1 packet of ramen. Also it is smaller than my hotdog pot and fits hotdogs perfectly, so it is now my hotdog pot. This ended up replacing 1/2 my pots alone for the 2 quart size.Size: 10/10Cleaning: 10/10Looks: 8/10Materials: 7/10(would like less of this weird wood, looks nice feels cheap)I plan to buy more of this set when I have the money.

I stumbled onto this brand of pans with the purchase of the 8" skillet. I love these skillets. As in the past, I find something I really like and then the quit selling the products for what ever reason. Not knowing how long this would last I ordered another for a spare. Since then I purchased the 1.5 quart sauce pan and it too is fantastic. So I replaced my old three quart sauce pan with their 2.5 quart. I wish Eslite made a 3 quart. These are fantastic pans and much better than a brand I paid 4 times as much for. I finally had to switch out my 8 inch skillet a few weeks ago and just now ordered a new one for a spare. Have you ever had an omelet slide out of a skillet? No oil or butter. Things cook evenly in all the products we have. They have sold me and I hope Amazon will continue to sell these products.

Éviter de mettre au lave-vaisselle. L'aluminium du fond réagit avec les savons alcalins et produit un oxyde gris-noir qui tache. C'est aussi le cas de toutes les casseroles et ustensils en Aluminium !

Good build quality. Works well on a induction hob. I liked the larger pot so much I used it everyday. Unfortunately the non-stick coating started to wear after 7 months.
