Great espresso machine, no problems after about 59 cups of coffee and I spend less at Starbucks, find some good beans and you will love this thing.

I have been a Mr. Coffee gal my whole adult life. If I grab a cup of coffee at a Starbucks or similar coffee shop, I grab just that, A simple cup of coffee. I have never ordered an espresso or cappuccino in my life. The extent of my gourmet coffee journey was a McDonalds Frappuccino or a hot coffee with Bailey's and whipped cream as a night cap.So, needless to say, setting up and using this fancy coffee machine has been an almost two month long process. It comes with a very detailed instruction manual that I read cover to cover. I also watched several YouTube videos to get a basic knowledge of how these machines operate, the various features, etc. In addition, I also watched a ton of videos learning basic recipes, such as cappuccino vs espresso, and everything in between.I am very grateful that this machine comes pretty much fully loaded with everything I needed to fully learn the process and differences, and though there has been some frustration with the learning curve, it has also been filled with many tasty successes. I look forward to trying more recipes, experimenting with different coffee beans and grinds, and discovering more favorite coffee combos.I thought this machine was a little pricey, but when I researched and compared with other similar systems, this was actually a bargain for its quality and features.This coffee maker has been a game changer for my coffee knowledge. I didn't really know what I was missing out on. I thought it silly to spend all that money on fancy coffee drinks from coffee shops, and am glad I never got into that habit. But now that I can experience those wonderful coffee creations at a fraction of the cost at home, I am more than happy to venture down that gourmet coffee rabbit hole!I have family members who will be thrilled that I have upped my coffee drinking palate to match theirs, so when they visit, I have the equipment and the supplies on hand to cater to their more sophisticated coffee palates!So from this novices perspective, this is an all around excellent coffee system at a very reasonable price.

LOVE THIS! I was really excited to get this Espresso Machine and make really good coffee at home! I used to use a moka pot to make espresso, but it takes forever and can be pretty inconsistent. This is a great value espresso machine and great for beginners! After only a week I was making delicious lattes and cappuccinos at home. The instructions are easy to follow and setup was super quick! It's easy to clean, and as long as you clean it after every use, you should get tons of use out of it. Having a milk steamer/hot water dispenser and a built in grinder is a huge plus. It also comes with everything you need to get started! You get multiple filters, the portafilter handle, and cleaning brush. All you need is the coffee and you can have amazing coffee at home! Definitely recommend!

As someone who loves espresso but cannot afford to get a top of the line machine, this was what I settled for. I would say that overall, this is a great machine. I still have not figured out how to manually calibrate it to my desire, but if you are using it primarily with milk, the espresso quality is just fine.Pros:Self grinder - can be changed settings based on preference, but has a consistent grind every timeTamper is heavy duty and AMAZINGComes with milk pitcherSteam want is great!easy to useCons:can't self calibrate the shotscan be difficult to clean
