These are pretty much identical to the ones that came with my headphones, but I find after cleaning them for a few months they tear and have to be replaced. Given that they only last 4-6 months for me on average I wish they were a little cheaper or more durable, but they are the only ones available, so I'm stuck with them. They fit and feel great though.

They don't block the noise nearly as well as the foam-based ER38-17 (which has been discontinued to my grief).

After being a long time ER20 earplugs user, I decided to switch to in-ear earphones and gave the MC5 model a try. I was instantly in love with them.This is my favorite fitting of all those available, and this 10 set of flange tips is the perfect replacement and will last you quite a while. The recommended lifespan of each pair is about 6 months so you will have about two and a half years worth of supply here for a great price.Little note, new flange tips look smaller than used ones. At first I thought I got the wrong size, but a helpful Etymotic spokesperson told me that used ones tend to expand with wear so new ones will naturally look a bit smaller He showed me a pic and it looked exactly like my situation.Anyway, most recommended purchase for anyone using this fitting system.

These have the wrong (short) length stems. It's really hard to distinguish which replacement parts are which. The pictures are not representative and the description is usually incomplete or just missing.

Fit my SE 535's great, isolation isn't as good as foam but it doesn't suck up treble like foam. Good for natural sound.

These work perfectly as replacement ear buds for my clarity aloft headset. Took a little while to get used to but they block out more noise, clean easily and hold up much longer than the standard foam tips. Not to mention, they're also about half the price!

I have been using them for a week or so, and they fit great. However they're already turning slightly yellow at the tip, which is gross. I tried washing with tap water but it doesn't go back being clear.

Super comfortable for those with large ears. These are perfect (but more stylish because of color) replacements for the LARGE tri-flange tips included with the Etymotic ER-4S/B/P/PT and Etymotic HF 2/3/5 headphones. In other words, if you like the grey tips that come with the ER-4 or HF IEMs, this will be a good replacement for you.After trying generic replacement tips on my ER-4S and HF2 IEMs, I quickly realized I needed to go back to the more comfortable (and durable) authentic tips.
