I will come back and update this review in 6 months.I made sure to leave the fridge empty and upright with the doors open for 24 hours. Then I left it plugged in and chilling for 24 hours. The wine side got to the proper temperature, but the beverage side would not cool below 47. Also, after being plugged in a few hours, the compressor would not shut off.I reached out to support - on a Saturday - and they responded on Saturday. Initially, I used the "temperature down" arrow to input the correct temperature but it would not cool below 47 on the beverage side.When I tapped the "temperature up" arrow one time, the beverage side finally then cooled to 35. I have no idea why this fixed the problem, but it did.I made sure to put in chilled drinks the first time. The beverage temp will sometimes go up one or two degrees when the compressor/fan go off, but it immediately gets back to the right temperature. This has been working now for a few days and I haven't had a problem since th initial setup.This is beautiful. It holds a lot of bottles and cans. I did not see any reviews for people who had this for more than a year, so I will come back in 6 months and at 1 year to update my review. I was looking for months for a beverage fridge and every fridge had reviews that ran the gamut, so it was tough to finally decide on one. The customer service is fabulous.****Six-month update. This refrigerator is still working perfectly, keeping the correct temperatures, no leaks. I am still very happy with this purchase.

This is a high end fridge / chiller and perfect for either built in or standalone mounting. The wooden trays are high quality as would be found is high end appliances. In addition I had a small issue and the rep followed up daily with an over the top solution after the warranty. Great company!

Arrived damaged but because it was going into an under counter area it wouldn't be noticed. Took pictures of damaged area and kept it. Plugged it in 24+ hours after delivery as suggested and allowed it to cool. Worked great for a few days then the left side fan started to make loud noises and then it stopped altogether. The right side stayed working but it is struggling. Contacted Amazon for a return and they are marvelous. Should be picked up today. I will purchase this item again after my refund is returned to my bank accountVery stylish, lovely interior lights. Shelves easy to remove and place elsewhere. Once I get a good one instead of a faulty one I will be happy

We ordered the wine cooler plus the extra warranty and were so disappointed when it arrived damaged and unusable…..one more thing to deal with, right? Worrying about how to ship it back (it’s quite bulky and 100+ lbs). I contacted the seller, who responded quickly, and they were so accommodating and friendly and prompt with communication. They sent a replacement and now that we have the new one, we love it! It lights up blue when you open the doors. The shelves are adjustable, it looks sleek, it holds the temperature, and we are just so pleased with it. So far it seems like a quality appliance.

Tried to contact seller got disconnected twiceDecided to keep it because wouldn’t show but plugged up and wouldn’t cool had a strange smell Thinking it was ok because box was wet now we have no box to send it back until we find another one

I love this beverage fridge but my favorite thing about it is that it comes with a lock and key so it’s perfect if you have kids and you want them to stay away from it

3 months in and the unit is performing great. I'm still suspect on the durability over time, but I'm impressed so far
