Built-in but removable sous vide rack could be installed upside or upside down into the 2 different high levels of slots to make totally 4 different capacity for sous vide ingredients in the container. Patented hinged lid makes it so easy to refill different-cooking-time-required ingredients or refill water during long time cooking or remove cooked ingredients in multiple recipes.

I recently purchased the EVERIE Versatile 12-Quart Sous Vide Container, and it has completely transformed my sous vide cooking experience. This container is incredibly well-designed, featuring a built-in rack that keeps food perfectly positioned and a collapsible hinged lid that minimizes water evaporation. The insulated container sleeve is a fantastic addition, helping to maintain consistent temperatures throughout the cooking process. One of the best aspects of this product is its compatibility with all sous vide cookers. I use it with my Breville Joule, and it fits perfectly. The container is spacious enough to handle large cuts of meat or multiple portions, making it ideal for both everyday meals and special occasions. The quality of the materials is top-notch, and the entire setup is easy to clean and store. The thoughtful design features, such as the secure bag clamping and wobble-free rack, make sous vide cooking more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend the EVERIE Versatile 12-Quart Sous Vide Container to anyone looking to elevate their sous vide game. It’s a must-have for any kitchen!

Just the right size for most sous vide packages. The wire barrier rack works well to keep the vacuum packs completely immersed without using weights. The one minor drawback is the lid. It's not very insulating. When I get time, I'm going to cut a piece of foam to float on top and keep the heat in better.

This container is absolutely perfect for my sous vide. It’s large enough to fit everything I’ve cooked so far and the metal grates work perfectly for holding my items under the water level. The insulator keeps the heat consistent and the lid reduces evaporation. All in all, it’s the perfect set up!!

Definitely simple to use, and I am amazed at the process. The excellent temperature control (measured with a lab thermometer to well within 1 degree) virtually guarantees results. New to the process, I thought the depth of the tank would be inadequate, but I have proven to be wrong on that point. I have had chicken breasts and beef steaks in there at the same time with no problem at all using bags from my vacuum sealer. I have also used Zip-Lock freezer bags.I don't care for the rack; I'm thinking about getting the Dremel out and modifying it a bit. There is nothing wrong with it and would not non-recommend just based on that, but I think I'd prefer it with a little different spacing.Regarding the process itself, it is the most accurate temperature control of cooking I have ever used except for when using a pot-mounted thermometer for candy and such. The results are absolutely repeatable, so consistency of result is virtually guaranteed. I've never had my steaks come out so accurately spot-on. Take 'em out, throw on a griddle skillet for a minute or so, flip for maybe 30 seconds, browning and grill marking complete, ready. Time and temp control of the cooking process made it all possible. Where have I been all this time?!

Bought for sous vide (obviously). I really like this container. The neoprene sleeve helps keep the temp regulated, the lid helps prevent evaporation, and the adjustable rack eliminates the need for other weight options in most cases. The only "complaint" isn't neccesarily one, but I have the Anova Pro, and it doesn't fit it quite perfect. I can get the lid to fit good enough around it, but it's a bit snug. The only other improvement I might say could be made is creating a cutout in the neoprene (a V shape would be sufficient) for the retaining screw on the sous vide to not have to press into it. I worry about pre-mature wear there from that.

Originally purchased the plastic lid as it was recommended by Amazon for Sousvide Art model, didn’t fit. The silicone lid is universal and has a much larger opening for your sous vide cooker. My cooker is 2-3/4†diameter and there was room to spare. I like the design better of the hold down grate vs the racks like others have. The sleeve will help maintain temp.

What you get in the box is underwhelming when you take into consideration how expensive they are. However, compared to the others i shopped before deciding to get this, it certainly seems to be nice. Cover is nice and the metal rack is very useful.

It didn't fit very well with my Breville sous vide at first, but I bought the "big clamp" attachment and now it fits perfectly. The size is good, the wire rack is very useful for holding the bags down, and the thermal cover and silicone lid keep the heat in.

The lid and the 'jacket' both serve to keep the warmth in so that the Circulator doesn't have to work so hard to keep the water at the proper (set) temperature.

I realized pretty quickly that a normal kitchen pot wasn’t going to cut it when I got my first sous vide unit, his one seemed to have it all albeit not the cheapest option. The polycarbonate container is thick and feels durable, good culinary quality. The rack is a nice touch and holds floaty things down or organizes things vertically just ok.The neoprene insulator fits and works exceptionally well, the outside is warm to the touch while the inside is steamy hot.The lid is the only part that feels cheap, but considering the function I’m ok with it. It fits the Anova Pro well, holds in the steam and keeps the water level high even during extended cycles.Would recommend and probably would buy again.

Oh my goodness! This is literally just a plastic container you can buy from Kmart. In fact, because I was forced to return it because they failed to include the rack (dodgy), I went to Kmart and bought almost exactly the same thing for $6.50. No joke! This is such a rip off! You do not need some 'special' container and you don't need the silly sleeve thing either.

Buy it, it is a neccessary accessory if you sous vide. I have had mine for a few years with regular use and the cover with plastic hinge held up perfectly. I will hold 4 x 1L mason jars perfectly, nothing larger.
