Fit and finish and quality of the filter is well done, I'm not sure it has the same filter surface area as the old B&D filter but after using it I can see that it is doing a good job of stopping dirt and such from going into the motor, i cannot speak to the durability yet but so far they very satisfactory, happy vacuuming, tumbleweed

Delivered on time. Quality a little bit lower compared to OE but acceptable, holes of filter a little larger that OE, over all product is good. Price is cheaper than OE.

Never thought to replace the filter bag...the new filter improved suction. Be sure to find the model number on your Dustbuster...different models go by the same name, and they have different shapes so need different filters.

OEM Black and Decker filter failed within about a year of use. Got this five-pack replacement for about $14 circa June 2024 (three months ago), and the first one seems to be doing the job. Looking at the price today for a five-pack, it's up about a buck at $15.
