No better or worse then the former 100 print tape that is discontinued! Works great, last longer and the price is right considering the previous cost of the 100 tape rolls. Tape is no thinner then last ones so I am guessing previous reviewer just had a bad experience. Dont let it stop you from ordering this tape, why pay more for same thing somewhere else?

You have to enable manual printing for ribbon to work. Evolis printer does not recognized ribbon. Print quality is very low in this setting. Unfortunately, purchased to have when current ribbon ran out and didn't use until after the return window closed.

Well it works at about 80% of what I had hoped for. It seems the picture clarity isn't anywhere near what I had hoped for so really this printer the zenius and the ink doesn't make what I would call super professional id badges I'd say more like passable ones

I bought a refurbished, and apparently I opened it 2 days too late, the return window closed last Sunday. The plastic is broken on the front of the unit, it looks like a tiny piece but it is not usable, the printer says no ribbon when it is placed in the printer.
