This yoga mat worked perfectly. It fit my 26 x 72 inch yoga mat like a glove and only slipped a little during the yoga session. It is a little rough, but nothing more than an average towel, and I believe it helped with traction. I didn't notice any shrinkage, but it was hung dry, with only a little drying for wrinkles.Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful and highly absorbant towel! The blue design reminded me of a pool of water while I was sweating it out in yoga. I washed it in my bathtub before first use; no issue with bleeding or holding together. It holds a ton of sweat (perfect for hot yoga). It isn't quite long enough to cover both corners on my yoga mat- so I just use the corners at the front of the mat and that worked fine. The same style towels cost 3x as much at the yoga studios I've been to- would gladly purchase or recommend this one. Also, the texture of the towel was good for grip purposes. I've used a beach towel in yoga before and it was a tad slippery. Finally, it rolls up nicely so I can fit it, mat, and 2 big water bottles in my yoga bag.

This towel is great for a few reasons:1. The corners go underneath your mat, which makes the mat not slide on/off your mat while doing hot yoga2. It seems to absorb sweat/water pretty well so you don't slip while practicing3. The colors are bright!My only negative is that the towel is slightly slippery after 1-2 uses. I dry this outside between hot yoga sessions as to not wash it everyday. After using 2-3 times, my hands seem to slip off easily and the grip has seemed to fade. It still works, and i really like it, but just something to note if you are considering to buy.

I researched several yoga mat towels before deciding on this one. I'm so glad that I did! The colors are vibrant, uplifting and subtly energizing during yoga practice. I love the abstract pattern which is so fitting while being in a meditative state. The towel is thick, absorbent, durable and washes well without colors bleeding. The four pocket corners to tuck the mat into are great, and keep the mat secured in place. I highly recommend this product!

This towel is very absorbent and works okay for a hot yoga class as long as it is not a very active class. If you are in a full flow, it moves around too much because it is a bit big for a normal mat. I have tried washing in hot water and drying on high heat to shrink it, but it didn't shrink enough. I will continue to use it for some of my slow flow or restorative classes but it needs grips to be better.

Fits perfectly and doesn't slide. I washed and dried it, and It looks like new. Perfect for hot yoga class.

I took it to hotpod yoga and I didn't slip on it at all during downward facing dog pose. I previously had another yoga towel and I slipped a lot more on the other towel compared to this one. The pattern on this one also looks very nice and stands out.
