This is a nice press. I have never had one before but this is nicely built. I haven't used it yet but I know quality and this is quality. UPDATE. I MADE SMASHBURGERS LAST NIGHT. THEY WERE FANTASTIC. GREAT PRODUCT.

The wooden handle feels secure and comfortable, making it easy to press down firmly for that perfect crust on smash burgers.It performs exactly as advertised — burgers cook evenly and stay perfectly flat. It’s also versatile enough to press bacon or sandwiches or anything else you feel like pressing.My only minor gripe is cleaning the ridges on the bottom, which can be a bit tricky. However, I’ve found that using a brush works well to get into those grooves and keep it clean.Overall, highly recommend this press for anyone serious about their smash burger game!

These are great. Really thick and heavy like the cast iron options, but proper stainless steel so you can chuck them into the dishwasher. Check sizes carefully, these a big but other options that look similar are smaller

They feel pretty solid, have a good heft to them.Two screws hold the handles on, but the timber was unfinished. Could have been nicer with a finish applied. The two different patterns is interesting, but should still do the job. Will see how easy they season, but that isn't going to be a fault of the weights themselves.
