Bought this for my mom's Maytag Admiral brand dryer after she damaged the original lint screen. Looking around online, I saw replacement screens priced between $15-$35 so I figured it was worth a risk to try one of these and see if it would work. It fits perfectly! Item came new, sealed in packaging and very well wrapped. So pleased with this fantastically economical buy!

I bought this to replace a broken screen on my old Maytag dryer. The description did not say that it was guaranteed to fit, but it looked like it would. It arrived promptly, much quicker than a factory replacement part. The best part is that it fits exactly for less than half the price.

The OEM had a tighter filter size which was nice. This one is a little bit wider. So, now when i open the front panel to clean the space after the filter, there's way more lint collected. Also, it took seven months for the and edge to rip. I just noticed that and wanted to make this review. It's good for a quick replacement but it's definitely letting a lot of lint go through which makes me need to vacuum everything after the filter more often.

This is a great option if you want a cheap replacement screen for your existing dryer. My original screen started to pull off the sides, and I’m not ready to replace the dryer so this is a great bandaid! This ‘version’ is not from the manufacturer, but it’s almost indistinguishable. The screen is a little looser than the original, but it gets the job done. It fits nicely in the dryer slot.

At first, I used tape to hold it in place, thinking the filter was to blame. Then I took a flashlight and looked into the space where the filter goes. The old ripped filter that this replaced had allowed a massive build up of lint, which was pushing the new filter out of place. Using a screwdriver, I removed the lint. This filter is great, and has worked flawlessly for months.

This filter fits my Maytag (older) dryer perfectly. The original one was still good, but I wanted to see if a new one caught more lint, and this one does. There is no bowing on the filter, no gaps when installed, and I am very happy with it!
