Works great and easy to use. To combat identity theft, I shred everything. But sometimes, it's just easier to use this gadget to roll over any information and just toss the envelope. This however is great for things you can't shred or don't want to shred. It's great to roll over your information on your prescription bottles, on a package where you need to remove the UPC code before you return an item, or things like that. I found myself using it far more than I imagined. We originally put it in our office but have since moved it into our junk drawer in the kitchen for easy access. You need to get this. It's worth every penny.

I have this at my desk to delete addresses and sensitive Information before adding to recycling. A refill can be purchased when ink supply runs out. It is a very useful item to have to protect ID.

If I can give this 3.5 stars, I would! As you could see, I gave it four stars. I was feeling generous! Truthfully, since purchasing this product I have bought my own shredder for my ease of mind - however, if you're looking for something small to keep at your desk and hide information on letters, this would be it. This roller is very easy to use and is mostly effective. I use the word mostly because the level of effectiveness differs depending on the type of paper that you are blocking. For example, shiny paper is more easily blocked then matte paper . Although the ink takes longer to dry on shiny paper, it absorbs fully into the paper and blurs out the address. On matte paper, it's still kind of lets the address show through, especially if you're heavy handed with the ink. But with the right finesse, it definitely blocks out the address. I would only recommend going over the information once or twice. Once you start heavily rolling the ink over the paper, it actually does the opposite effect. Also, I use this consistently for about 2 weeks and then the ink ran out. I would recommend purchasing replacement ink for this product. Like I said, I have since purchase the shredder because it's easier and more of an investment - but if you don't have the money for a shredder, or if you're looking for something smaller, this would do the job.

At first this stamp worked well. Sometimes however, the ExcelMark identify theft stamp does not cover at all, or usually at best I have to roll over the text two or three times. I bought the Vantamo ID Protection Stamp because I liked the concept and it included six additional replacement cartridges. This is definitely a better stamp. I am returning the ExcelMark and keepinng the Vantamo.Texas client

I bought this and was really happy to see it completely covered my address and name. I use it at home and at the office. Great price and very easy to use. I highly recommend this to anyone who doesn't have a shredder or does have one. I have both and have no complaints. 5 stars easy.

I bought a shredder several years ago and have found that it is useful for most things, and I will continue to use it for things like credit card solicitations from banks and requests from charities. Both of these types of mail have your name and address in several places, so it is easier to shred rather than use the roller. However, to quickly obliterate your return address on an envelope, this works perfectly. With one pass, it is completely covered. A lot of small parcels and even larger ones are delivered in plastic pouches with a plastic label. I used to spend time cutting these into tiny pieces. This solves that problem in an instant. A real time-saver and helps to secure your personal info.

Fatal. Lo pasas x encima de los documentos y se sigue leyendo perfectamente lo que hay debajo... Me imagino que es x el tipo de tinta, no sé. Pero no sirve.
