I got these because I am wanting to start working out. I am at square 1, way out of shape, obese and have a bad back and knee. I am a hot mess, lol. I have to start somewhere, so using my body weight is where I'm going to start. I weigh around 300lb, 5'7". These support my weight, without sinking in, with ease. The foam is very firm strong. My bad knee is iffy when it comes to sitting directly on it. These are firm, but not hard, so it doesn't bother my bad knee. They do not work on carpet (even low pile, as described by the company), but on hard surfaces. No issues whatsoever on my laminate flooring. These are perfect for what I need. The slider part is made of some compressed felt. It is structured, but flexible. I got the 2pc oval ones, which are priced at $10, and I'd say they're worth it, considering they support my weight easily, and still slide easily. Good buy.

They glide great on wood floors as intended, although the felt bottoms will manifest previously unseen pet hair with humbling ease and start adding friction. The hair rolls right up with your fingers or a silicone brush though. These feel decently sturdy, though I feel like the felt could be a little thicker. The foam is firm with a little give for grip and has a persistent odor when I’m up close. I also can smell the odor on my hands after working out with these, which is unfortunate but a good reminder to wash my hands.Drawbacks aside, these have really stepped up my bodyweight routine. I will say I don’t care for the hamstring curl but hamstring curls are always kinda awkward for me no matter what I’m using. I like them for sliding lunges and mountain climbers, but I really like them for working my upper body. I kneel and let them slide forward under control into puppy’s pose to hold a powerful stretch. I also enjoy sitting on my heels, torso low/parallel to the ground (face inches from the floor, like child’s pose but actively held) and then working on maintaining this torso position and scapular control as I move my arms back, forward, and in semi circles and other patterns across the floor. Nothing is moving but my arms, my shoulders stay as fixed as possible. This activates the heck out of my serratus anterior and lats. It’s the best I’ve ever felt those muscles working out at home with minimal equipment. Lifting my butt off my heels really brings my lats into it when I slide my hands past chest level too.Very pleased to have these in my exercise toolkit. I see them and I crave the movement they provide lol

These MUYOS Exercise Core Sliders are super lightweight and measure 7 inches in diameter, making them larger than I expected in hand. I purchased them for two purposes: exercise and moving heavy furniture on hardwood floors. While they will work for both, the felt isn’t nearly as soft or thick as I had hoped. I also thought the back side would be rubber, but it's more like a dense foam material. The biggest drawback, however, is the strong chemical odor. The off-gassing is intense, to the point where I’ll likely keep them sealed in their original bag and reserve them solely for moving furniture. At $15 for a set of four, I expected better-quality materials—thicker, softer felt and definitely no overpowering smell. Given the price, they feel overpriced for what they are.

These are so light, so unobtrusive, and a thousand uses. During cold winter days, I use these on the wood floor to do the equivalent of cross country skiing, and when you get on hands and knees, you can create endless exercises. I do a "crawl" with these, knee-to-chest exercises, various sliding pushups and planks, and so much more. Then they stack neatly and store. The only negative thus far is that they black "rubber" has a smell. It's not industrial -- it's almost fruity -- but still kind of strong and weird. I'm hoping this wears off soon. In any case, it's not so bad that it makes me not use them, and some people might actually like the smell.I'm also not sure how these would work on tile or other surfaces, as I've only tested them on our smooth wood floors, but my assumption is that they'd work fine on tile, linoleum, etc.

These are big enough but don’t slide as easily.

I really love these for my at home workouts. I am able to work out while my kids are sleeping and do the workouts in my living room on my wood floors with no problem. For all you ladies that just had a baby these are great if you want to start rebuilding your core just look up core rebuilding exercises on YouTube and you can use these.!!!!

I ordered these to use as part of a physical therapy routine where you place these on the wall in front of you and with your hands you make an upward circular motion. They seem to work fine for that but with one issue. The back side is a hard kind of rubber/plastic and your hand slips a little on them as you move your hands. These seem overly large to for most peoples hands. At any rate they appear to be well made and service my purpose. I knocked off 1 start because of the slippery hand surface.

I’ve never had sliders before. It was actually a very nice workout. These sliders are lightweight and are constructed very nicely. I liked the oval sliders because they fit under my feet and hands better than I think the round sliders would have. The two sliders came with a little instruction paper but there are several videos online on how to utilize them and do different forms of exercise. I am very pleased to be able to try a new type of workout. Great product.
