These are nice cake pans for making sandwich-bread. I prefer straight sides, and these are slightly tapered, but the taper does let them stack nicely for storage. These were very inexpensive but they're surprisingly high quality, made with thick and sturdy aluminum. At first, my wife was concerned with the removable bottoms, but they make a solid seal when batter is poured in. Our first bread baked in these pans came out evenly baked and golden brown, so the heat distribution is fine.So now my wife is happy, and that makes me happy.Highly recommend.

Are perfect size for making sandwich size bread...removable bottoms are very helpful and alleviate need for parchment paper.

Small Business Bakery Owner***Writing this it has reminded me I need to buy more of these! I really love these pans because they are super tall & super cheap! I've never had a problem with baking in these pans and all of my cakes have a nice crumb never burnt so thats always a plus! The only thing I will say is this pans don't love the dishwasher but they are so cheap and do the job I do not mind a hand wash!

The pan appears lightweight but sturdy, but I had to initiate a return because the 8 inch pan is not actually 8 inches. It is actually 8.5 inches. It is too big to fit in my instant pot on a steamer rack with handle. I have to get the 7 inch pan instead.

I couldn't remember how many times of my failure with Chiffon cake. But with this pan, I successfully made two cake base for the first time ever, and then used them for a four layer cream cake. Heat distribution is perfect. No falling at all at the center. I was so excited. Cake is Thick and fluffy, moisturizing. Everybody loved it. Cleaning is a bit harder than expected but manageable.

Sides are slanting not parallel, so you need to cut the cake sides for icing. Doesn’t like the concept of separate base, it keeps on flip every time.
