Exhaust Header Pipe
Header:1" pipe with 2 stages to 1-5/16"
The stock predator muffler keeps the engine from ‘breathing out’ too much air. If you have lots of air coming into the engine, you need to release it with little resistance for added performance. That’s when the exhaust header really comes into play.
You are now able to shove air and fuel quickly into the engine, and release it with little resistance, adding some serious horsepower and torque that you can FEEL when you step on the gas.
Fits Predator 212cc Engine, most 196cc OHV Clone engines, Box Stock Project. Fits both Hemi and Non Hemi engines.

Quality of the exhaust is subpar. It's galvanized so I don't expect it to hold up well for my application. It looks decent but I'm afraid is gonna be poor after a couple rides. The biggest downside is the welds around the flange protrude into the flow of exhaust as shown in picture. It's not a lot but it's enough to not make me wanna use it on a high stage build. Unfortunately it's just gonna be a paperweight. I do not recommend.

First the Good: Good looking two stage header. Nicely rounded sweeping bend empties into two staged flared area at the end. Perfect for my build and exactly what I was looking for. Pipe has a good sound and the stages provide a real nice scavenge when you get off the throttle. Nice thick header flange, oh, now it's time for the bad.The Bad: Header flange is drilled off from the Predator bolt pattern. It's not anywhere near matching up. I tried it on 3 different engines, yes 3, 2 Predators and 1 Honda clone engine and it does not fit any of them out of the box. You'll have to drill and I eventually had to slot mine to get it to fit. Not a direct bolt on and go fit out of the box. The pipe is fine, but the flange is a disaster.

Needs modifications to install it holes comes smaller after that is ok quality for the price

Loved the look, but it didn’t last but for a few minutes. Went out for a quick ride around my property on the go kart. By the time I got back, the entire header had broken off at the flange. No clue where it went, but I’m sending the flange back.

This is a garbage item this person has sold me. I never should have purchased it... It's galvanized and did not come with a gasket. I usually always read the reviews but didn't for this one and I paid the price big time. I cannot believe how horrible this purchase was. Ughhhhh
