Had to gring down the tips some and use a washer of proper thickness, only on the studed bolts, but otherwise they worked great.

The studs that go on the ends are almost 3/8†too long and bottom out in the head. Had to cut them to length and clean threads up, be careful as it’s easy to screw up the threads in an aluminum head. The rest of the bolts were the right length.

As mentioned above, the bolts supplied are better than the junk OEM bolts from Dodge. The short bolts without the heat shield stud are spot on, thread well and definitely give some piece of mind that they will not snap off in the head like the OEM ones.Where the issue lies is the longer bolts that go in the four corners of the exhaust manifold (plus alignment hole) and have a nut that holds the heatshield on. These bolts are about 1/4" - 1/3" to long and will bottom out in the head before they are tight. My fix for this since I already had the manifold off was to cut the new bolts down to size with a cutting wheel. If you do go this route, pay close attention to where you are cutting and make sure they thread into the head properly when installing. Installing steel bolts in an aluminum head already has its challenges not to mention the chance of cross threading a modified bolt thread.This kit would receive 5 stars if the supplied bolts were the correct length for the application noted in the listing. As such I would recommend going with another kit at this time. Unfortunately it seems all the kits on amazon have the 5 bolt, 4 stud kits. You will need 4 bolts and 5 studs of the correct length to complete the job so go check rockauto or summit for a proper bolt kit.
