It says it’s a real Exmark part, it says delta systems like the one on my Exmark. I installed it and tried it out, mower started fine, didn’t die when I disengaged the brake, but when I brought the control in it killed the engine as if the brake was still engaged. Tried repeatedly, same result. Maybe I got a defective switch but anymore it seems like that’s all Amazon has, a run of defective parts from the factory being sold as a genuine product.
