The multi shoe mount is great and all, we know what that is about. However, the fact that it comes paired with the greatest light stand swivel ever conceived by man is the real attraction. It's very solid and stable, plus the double joint design allows you to use an umbrella like it's designed with the strobe centered. Why aren't all swivels like this? Answer: Mine are!

This flash mount is not expensive so i guess you get what you pay for. I did expect more. some of the clamping adjustments on the adapter interfere with how you mount your flash to the mount head. You also need a screwdriver to properly secure your flash to the mount head. Just not as secure and compact as i had hoped for.

Solid - works just how I expected.. a bit heavy, so if using on a jib, it adds some weight.
