I have a thicker body type got a large fit perfectly... but I do have an issue with them .. the pad is bulky I needed something slim and sleek and to not look like knee pads... I might use them just to practice or around the house cleaning or remove the pads

TERRIBLE product!! Bulky and very uncomfortable like football pads!! Have to pay for return. NEVER AGAIN!!!
