I bought these when my 12 year old pitbull started slipping on non-carpeted floors and his mobility just sort of declined in general. He HATES socks and shoes but tolerates these very well. He's also incredibly hard to buy socks/shoes for because his paws are large but his legs are very skinny. These stay up with no issues, even when I don't use the velcro - but the velcro keeps him from trying to rip them off. Most importantly, he never slips while wearing these. He is 13.5 now & wears them pretty much all the time indoors. He has no issues on hard floors or carpets. They are easy to wash and have held up very well.

These socks worked great for their intended use. They fit my labradors paws, the non slip grips on them worked to keep her from slipping on our wood floors, and the Velcro helped keep them on her. These socks have a small clasp that keeps the Velcro in place also. If only being worn for a short period of time they would be great for your dog. My dog was bitting at her paws and I needed to keep these on for a couple weeks- she figured out after a day to rip the clasp off that keeps the Velcro in place- then she could just take the sock off. I used other Velcro strips I cut from a roll and kept the socks on her that way, after she had ripped the clasp off all of them- that worked. So I would still purchase these again if needed.

Quality was fine for price, but the shaft of each sock was too short for our dog's legs, and button seemed too pronounced not to cause sores. We didn't test them so could be fine for a short-legged dog. We ended up spending more for two pairs of Tiger Paws, with which we're very satisfied.

Easy to put on. Low price if you don't see if loosing one sock on a walk. Heeps salt and sand out of the paws and raw pads.

She was licking her paws all the time - cold, not feeling good. I got these (6 to a package so I had 2 extra for my feet!) and no more problems. They are just as described - with grips in cute patterns on both sides of the paw, and straps for the top. They fit to just above the dewclaw and joint. Help her put them on just like we do our socks. Check the sizing before ordering, and use the straps- otherwise the socks will work themselves off somewhere in the house or yard. The rabbits out back thought we'd left them a wonderful gift first time she went out without the straps on. It took a couple of times wearing for her to get used to them. I recommend gradually increasing wear time. But she likes them now, and no more cold tile or wood floors! And she loves showing them off on walks and other trips!

These work well overall & I will get more as not sure how long they will last with heavy outdoor use. Like someone else said, they do slide around so the grip part isn't on the bottom, but they protect her paws from the hot ground which is the only reason I got them. A bit of pain to get on, but I'm getting better at it, & she accepted wearing them really well, which she didn't with her other booties that I ended up donating. She gets a ton more attention wearing them out & about too, as they do look super cute. She wears Pink Large.*update 8/2024, they hold up really well & just ordered more to keep in since these work the best. They wash really well too, no shrinking.

Bought for our old spaniel who was starting to have difficulty walking on the wood floors.Wasn't sure if they would work but very impressed -easy to fit, seems happy to wear and falls have been avoided. She can now shake without falling over.

I have bought many many pairs of garbage before I found these. They fit amazing and stay put. Am extra couple of straps might be nice but I will be buying again
