Instant help on jobs with alot of bolts or wrenching. Did my plugs and coils with this I was impressed with the trigger system, and the power of the tool. Sure you have to break some bolts the old way,but off and on again in no time.

First things first. Package was late some kind of problem in shipping. Maybe trying to find all the pieces that come with it. When I got the box before I even opened it I could hear rattling . I opened the box and most products you get in a blow molded case have a cardboard sleeve around them to keep them from coming open in transit. Well this one was wrapped in a black shipping bag. I opened it up and the case wasn't closed all the way as if it came open in transit and someone just shoved the contents back in and forced it to latch. All that is on Amazon as far as I'm concerned so won't affect the star rating of the product. I had to wait an extra day for delivery and I really needed it the day before but it is what it is . Ok here we go on the product. Both batteries showed full charge. So I plugged one in just to make sure and went to work with the other one in it. It did prove its torque after about 30 really stubborn bolts the battery ran down . When I went to change batteries as the other one showed full charge I noticed a screw hanging out of it (I'm posting a picture of that ). I got an Allen wrench and put it back in and tightened it down then checked the rest of coarse all of them were loose and so were the Phillips screws so I tightened them too. Luckily I caught that before it fell all the way out somewhere where ever.With a freshly charged battery it functionioned well and had good speed. I don't really believe I can blame shipping for the screws so quality control gets 2 stars knocked off..as far as the case goes every thing was just shoved in it laying everywhere but I don't see any dedicated spots for the batteries or charger and for the wrench it don't look like it fits correctly.may not even be the right case as far as I know.or don't know. I'm not really a picky jerk I just like things I pay my hard earned money for to be treated right and to not come apart in my hands . If it works good I'm usually really happy. I think I'm going to try to exchange it for another one just like it and see if this was just a fluke and hopefully the sampsonite gorilla don't handle it first in shipping and then maybe my review will be better but as it stands now it gets 3 stars and if I could give the shipper ZERO I would.but they are not what the review is about nobody would know if I didn't say something about it though. Good torque good speed battery life seems good case I im not sure about.ill figure that out. But it took a big hit on quality. Make sure you check all the screws when you get it . They should have put thread locker on them

Started using the product and it performed wonderfully. However, halfway through an intake manifold gasket replacement, some of the gears in the head got stripped and it wouldn't loosen the easiest of 10 mm nuts. Didn't even last the charge of the first battery before it failed. Unfortunately, I didn't use it enough before the return window closed. No I'm stuck with the paperweight. Buy another brand please.
