They come with everything except the nuts to secure it to the door so make sure you keep the originals. They fit great and look just like the orginals.

Someone punched out my Passenger door lock and a month later, punched out the driver's door lock. In doing so, broke the plastic where the locks fit into. The funny thing is, it didn't look like anyone got inside doing that. Which is why I didn't notice right away.So I got these Handles which seem as good as my Original ones in my 2003 Silverado. I got a couple of new locks. Each one had its own set of keys. That wouldn't do. I wanted the locks to match the ignition. So I rekeyed the new Locks myself. Really wasn't to hard, but you have to pay attention. Not lose the tiny springs, etc. Popped the new locks in the new Handles. Which work with my same key now. I ended up getting the Jimmi' Jammer In door lock protection. You basically get a couple of hose clamps to put around the lock cylinders to help keep the plastic from breaking out. Then there is a metal plate you put in place that holds the back of the lock down, and also blocks access getting under the bottom of the handle in that way which would really damage the door. Plus a couple stickers to put on the windows.These handles did look and feel as good as the O.E. ones I replaced. Bolted in perfect. My Doors are now back to working fully once again.

Great replacement for original parts on my venerable 2000 Silverado. This purchase was prompted by the driver side handle giving up the ghost. The plastic cup that holds the lock cylinder broke at the clip due to age and oxidation. Hat tip to JBDragon who also reviewed this part and mentioned the Jimmi Jammer as a way to fortify the door handle and help prevent screwdriver attacks. I installed new handles, new lock cylinders (rekeyed to match original key), and the Jimmi Jammer on both doors. I am very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend all of the above.
