I have a multi-cat, multi litter box household, and privacy is key for my kitties. I got this to use with my high wall litter boxes, mainly to provide an extra layer of privacy. The walls are much taller than the 16" litter box so it shields them from view and helps them feel more comfortable. However since the litter is contained by the litter box walls, this shield shouldn't get too dirty.The splash guard is lightweight and perfect for travel. It folds up into a square so it's easy to pack. the design is so simple - you could probably find use for it in other ways besides hiding a litter box.This would be great for taller cats or cats that don't like hooded boxes. However if you plan to use it with just a regular litter box, I would be cautious if you cat likes to scratch the walls. The splash guard is made of thin cardboard covered by cloth and it is not strong enough to sustain a cat attack.

Works well to help keep litter in a confined area. Able to spray and wipe down surface but not so easy if you really need to clean up soaked in pee or diarrhea as you can't really scrub this down in the sink due to the shape of the panels.

Our cats make a terrible mess. This splash guard does the job to minimize the cat sand from spreading all over the floor. The box is spacious enough for our large cat sand box and the cats seem to enjoy the extra privacy it offers. The splash guard also comes with a cute little hook to hang the shovel. The box is well made from high quality material and can be easily wiped if it gets dirty. I'm very pleased with this splash guard.

I'm giving this four stars because it works exactly as intended, creating an enclosure around your cat's litter box. It was easy to snap together and looks just as pictured. I was hoping to just create a little privacy barrier between their box and the rest of the room.My cats, however, wouldn't have any part of this contraption and avoided the litter box I put it around, only using the other box until I took this down. I imagine they might have gotten used to it with time, but I didn't want to chance it disrupting them too much. So, it's a good product that works as described, but keep in mind that cats can be finicky about changes to their litter area.

This is a great extra bit of protection for large litterboxes. It's easy to set up - unfold, place the stiff bottom piece, then slide two stability clips into the corners. It's stable enough for everyday use. It's quite big! Be sure to measure your needs, but it will support all but the largest litterbox I own.This isn't really an enclosure itself; it's open on two sides, so it doesn't hide sight or smell of the litterbox at all. That said, if you want something like an enclosure that's cheaper/portable/more exposed? This will do it. For use with a travel litterbox or to set up a temporary litterbox for visiting guests? Totally solid. If you have a large wooden enclosure (particularly the kind that aren't liquid-proof or are tricky to clean), this would be a solid bit of protection against errant urine.

This litter box is downstairs in my family room/exercise room/husband’s office. Covering the unsightly litter box from view but still completely assessable toy three cats should have been done years agoIt has plastic corners to reinforce the sides but I can’t use them because my litter box is too wide. I like the hook for the scooper which keeps it off the floor or the shelf where my son always puts it no matter how often I remind him it’s a disgusting scooper and shouldn’t be on these things. Now he has a place to put iit.The 3 cats took to it right away.Hopefully it holds up

My cats are messy with the litter box, knocking litter all out. This has helped a lot keeping it in the area and not all around on carpet. It was easy to set it up and is easy to clean. Very happy with this.
