How to Install Chalkboard Contact Paper by Simple Shapes:
Easy Installation
Install our extra long chalkboard contact paper in 3 easy steps! Instructions and chalk are included.
Step 1: Prepare your Surface. Wipe down your surface so it is free of dust and dirt. Let the surface dry completely.
Step 2: Using the grid on the back of the vinyl, measure and cut to the size you want. (overlap slightly to join multiple pieces)
Step 3: Peel off the backing and stick it to the wall! It's as easy as that!
Care and Use: For writing that is just a few days old, use a paper towel with water to wipe clean. For older writing that does not easily wipe off, we recommend either using a spray cleaner such as Kaboom or Oxy Clean. A Mr. Clean magic eraser also works well.

Awesome product. Easy to put up I did it by myself. I am curious how sticky it’ll be, we will see how it holds. Doesn’t seem like it’ll cause wall damage but again we will see over time.I used chalk markers on it and if I get it something slightly damp it seems to wipe off pretty good.You get a good amount but if your plan is to do a whole wall I’d buy a ton of rolls or do what I didn’t do and measure! I only wanted a good rectangle sizes worth and that’s what one roll gives you.I think if you aren’t wanting something permanent and easy to remove this is the way to go before resorting to chalkboard paint.

I really loved the simplicity of this. I wanted my entire little wall to be a chalk board so I can change out what I put on it with my moods. I didn't want to deal with the permanence of paint. this was super easy to apply to my walls. I had no problem with getting it to stick but I was able to reposition it as I went. I don't imagine I will have any trouble removing it when I decide I want to do something else with the space. I really like the look it gives the space.

I bought the paper for my husband's game room wall. It is hard to get out air bubbles and kringles. I bought paper pool table balls to stick on to cover up the cringles.

Absolutely love this product! It’s perfect for homeschool moms like myself and for growing little artists! I also love to leave thoughtful compliments and affirmation notes for everyone on them! Such a cute idea! And even helpful in homeschool lessons!

Easy to apply- I put mine on the cardboard part of a picture frame so it is "framed" and wasn't directly on the wall. But it's not great with liquid chalk markers. Tons of ghosting and those pics are only from two times of use, cleaned with windex and paper towels and an actual wash cloth. So not sure how long it'll last before it's just too hard to keep clean.

This is some of the best chalkboard wallpaper I’ve used (I’ve tried Michael’s and didn’t like the way the chalk looked when trying to use it).It sticks incredibly well (I used a credit card to help get rid of the bubbles - highly recommend having another person hold the other side while pushing it down to ensure these air bubbles are removed), it’s great to write on and super easy to use. I also love that they sent a few pieces of chalk with it too! If you’re looking for a big area, buy more than one as it’s more lengthwise compared to width (I used two in the picture underneath one another).
