Condition: good. The envelopes are thick-like file folder thickness almost. The printing is clear. Adhesive strip is sticky.Very nice receipt organizers. They're large so an 8.5x11 inch sheet will fit without folding. This is a fantastic way to keep track of expenses if you're on the road or at home. One side has columns for receipts from purchases or meals, the headings are descriptive enough to be perfectly clear. The other side is for mileage. There's a mileage calculation box on the bottom and a spot for the reimbursement info. The top seals securely for handing off to an accountant or bookkeeper. You get enough in one package for several people, or for one person for a year with extras in case a month has a lot of activity.I really like the size and versatility of them. Looking forward to a more organized year.

It had everything I needed to update and store my monthly receipts. I had plenty of room to write and the packages were thick enough to not tear from the strain of all of the receipts put in there

These are perfect for my boyfriend, who owns a small construction business and struggles to keep track of his expenses. I ordered these and told him to use one for each job. He keeps them in his work truck, and after making a purchase, the receipt goes straight into the envelope for that job. It has really helped keep him organized. The envelope is durable and thick enough to hold up well, even in his work truck, and the size is big enough to store invoices too.

I've been backlogged on helping my partner track his business expenses from last year and these large envelopes came in handy with organizing them. I like that these came in a pack of 18, which was plenty for me to use so that I could start out by separating all of his receipts from last year by month. The pre-printed ledger was helpful and allowed me to pencil in & categorize each individual receipt. Also, if there was room to consolidate receipts from two+ months into one envelope, that was simple to do and that helped spare an additional envelope for the following months. I have yet to utilize the mileage log that is pre-printed on the back side of each envelope, but the concept is essential for small business owners and I hope to take advantage of this tracking tool at some point when we are feeling more caught up (again, I plan to use this and organize mileage by month). The only drawback I have is that these envelopes are too long to fit in my drawer of file folders or in my expandable file folder. I'm still trying to find a physical home for them and from the measurements and searching online, these will be able to fit in a 15" x 10" extra large expanding folder that I'll have to buy. But for now I have a post-it note tab on the edge of each envelope and wrote what month they are in for each tab, and have them all bundled with an extra large binder clip on one side to keep them all in one place. This has been such a helpful tool, especially if you've had the habit of hoarding receipts in random places like my partner and me.

These are so easy even at 80 idiot like me can use them. I just write down what I can shove the receipt receipts in there give them to my bookkeeper at the end of the month. She straightens them all out and has them ready for me at the end of the year, super simple, but even if I did the work myself, I could still understand them at the end of the year.
