Very sturdy, ample sized serving spoons. They have a nice weight to them. Not flimsy at all. I use these when hosting parties and have multiple dishes being served. I just throw them in the dishwasher and come out looking brand new. Recommend this product!

These spoons are exactly what they claim to be: large spoons for serving platters. They are lightweight and clean just fine in the dishwasher. Note that they live up to their “extra large” name. The item photo has no frame of reference, so they were larger than we’d expected.They will conduct heat so just be aware not to leave them resting against a hot pan. They definitely are not fancy but they do the job.

The inside of the scoop part of these spoons are well-polished; to a mirror in fact. I can see some of polishing lines but it still looks good. The problem with the polishing is on the rim though. It's pretty scratchy and while it's not likely to hurt you, it's not really pleasant to touch or eat with if you're one to "lick the spoon."Otherwise these spoons are kinda impressively heavy and sturdy. They're on level with the name brands, and I think if you've got a fine grit sandpaper around, 10 seconds of rubbing on each would get you to a good spot so as to get a very similar quality of a serving spoon that's worth twice these.
