I've used car tape for my roads on my model railroad layout. Gives it a nice clean realistic look. Easy to apply. Great bang for the buck.

When you first get this you might think its a small roll of tape. When I started to pull it off I got super nervous because it felt really thin. I figured, because it's for kids, it would be durable. It stuck and stayed on the tables at work till we pulled it off two weeks later. No residue. No damage. Came off in one solid pull. Highly recommend.

They call this Car Tape but it is really ROAD TAPE. It has multiple uses. The math teacher across from me was using it to teach multiplication. I teach language arts. I used it to teach students the RACE strategy when writing and the need to include evidence from a source. This ROAD TAPE works great for either activity. It gets students engaged in the activity because there is something new added.

I used this tape to make a little track out of a picnic table for my 3 year old son’s Cars birthday party. Thought it would be fun for the kids to play on with the little matchbox cars they all got as favors. As you can see it looks super cute and the kids did indeed have fun playing on it.The tape is kind of like thin masking tape, but smoother. I didn’t have any problems with it tearing, and it cut easily with scissors. I did find the adhesive to be not that great, definitely not as sticky as masking tape (which I also used to hold the tablecloth down). I stuck it to a regular plastic party tablecloth, and a lot of the cut edges rolled up within a few minutes. Maybe it works better on other surfaces. As the kids played with it the sides of the tape got creased as well, like folded under on itself. I wasn’t really supervising the play time so I’m not sure how rough they were being, and it wasn’t a totally flat surface so that might have had something to do with that issue. Overall I’m happy with this product, worth it to try once anyway. We have a little less than 1/2 a roll left after this project.

What a great product! Looks great. It was very easy to use. Didn't want to use it on the floor, so I put it on a huge piece of cardboard. Very easy to put down . Looks great . The width is perfect, and you have enough to make an extensive road track.

This tape exceeded my expectations. I used it in my sons room as a wall decal border and both applying and removing it was incredibly easy. His new car/construction theme room looks perfect. I will also be using it for his upcoming birthday to decorate with and use as a floor decal as well for kids to play with cars. Spend the money and get it you wont regret it.

If you are only using this on hardwood then it might be fine. But I used it on hardwood and kids foam play tiles and it does not stick. Not even an hour later was it ripped and peeling up and my girls didn't pay roughly on it.On the hardwood it faird a little better but not much. The edges of the road on hardwood was peeling up and ripped after about a day.

works perfect for my son's room, i was able to stick and remove about 4 times before I got it to the right spot, its been up for over a month now. it was very easy to use. stick on smoothly and remove clean.
