Figured I might have to do some fkry since this is a 1996 4 wheeler but it fit perfect. Took 8 minutes to put on, would have been 5 minutes but the kid in the picture wanted to help. He is pretty sus but I love him. Part fits great!

It doesn’t fit if you have a tubular bumper on the front of your four wheeler. But all I had to do was take an angle grinder and cut the ears off the top sides and then it fit great. Now I have an awesome four wheelers and I’ll never get stuck again. I would recommend having someone help you mount it though because trying to hold it in place, line up the holes for the bolts, and installing them all at the same time is kind of difficult. I tried installing a Warn VRX 25 with this mounting kit on my 2001 Sportsman 500, and pretty much everything went well and lined up well. Though I did have an issue with there not being enough room between the fairlead mounting plate and winch itself to fit the provided bolt and nut in there, so I had to buy different bolts which was frusterating. Otherwise great sturdy build quality and I have no question that it will last.

I received this winch mount fast for my Polaris 500, quality is good but one side is bent because there is was no bubble wrap or cushion around the mount and the box was tight to the metal. I think I can fix it by laying it on my anvil and taking a hammer to it so it should be fine. Good product but needs better packaging

This mount fit perfect on my 2000 Polaris Xplorer 400 it is made of thick steel so it will hold up to what you need it to.

You will need to drill the holes in the side of the rad gaurd a little bigger but that's it.
