I bought ExtremeAir Ext7-M on April 3rd 2016 and received on April 13th 2016. it saved lot of time and money that i had to spend on paper rolls. Now i never get any complain an this dryer do not have heating element on it. it dry hands by strong force of air. it is really good on your hand. if you want to adjust sensitivity and force of air just unscrew the top cover and remove it and set them as per your need. it drys hands in around 15 to 18 seconds. Instruction were very clear and easy to understand and were included in the package. it did not include cable so i had to bought it separate. i am completely satisfied with this dryer.
