I have installed 12 EZ Shelf units totaling 70 linear feet of shelving onto drywall in my laundry room, utility room, and walk-in bedroom closet. I have installed shelves in 3 configurations -- both ends to sidewalls, one end to a side wall with the other end floating, and full floating. The shelves were straightforward to install. I do recommend watching the installation video at least once to visualize the process. Whenever I was given the opportunity to fix any of the shelf supports to a wall stud, I chose that option even if it meant the shelf supports weren't completely evenly spaced. I was able to install all sets of shelves on my own. They are seriously sturdy. One minor complaint I have is that the backs of the shelf support brackets are not completely flat. When holding them against the wall to mark screw hole locations, the supports rock horizontally a bit making that small task just a bit more difficult than it ought to be. It's not a big problem. I have literally run out of places in my home to install more shelves, except perhaps the garage where wall space is already at a premium. Here's a tip to increase the storage capacity of these shelves. I have put S-hooks on some shelves to hang items from below some of the shelves -- tools and a step stool, for instance. Here is one example of an S-hook available at Amazon that works well: 20 Pack Flat S Hooks Stainless Steel 3 inches S Shaped Hanging Hooks for Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom and Office (Medium). The part of the S hook that goes over the shelf tube needs to have a 1" clearance. The bottom line is that I love these shelves.

I cannot say enough good things about EZ Shelf as a company. I've purchased two of their products and plan on buying a third soon for a hallway closet. Their communication with customers is top-notch and so reliable. Each package comes with THOROUGH instructions for installation and proof of quality control. Their videos are also very easy to follow in case you want to supplement the printed instructions. As for the shelves themselves, they're attractive, super easy to put up, and STURDY. I will literally never go back to any other closet solutions. I rarely write product reviews but wanted to give back to this excellent company--I feel valued as a customer of theirs.

So I finally put this thing together and I am happy to have completed this project.The ServiceAdmittedly, I was a bit confused and not entirely sure what I was doing, which is why I changed my mind in the middle of the process about the length of the shelf I wanted. I decided I wanted a longer shelf and I thought that's what I ordered until it arrived. It turned out that I had just re-ordered the one I already had. I called customer service with my confusion and upon understanding what happened, he offered to send me the long tubes free of charge. He threw in the receiver (the part with the holes for the tube) because I had already put in the tubes in my "started project" and there was no chance in hell I was going to be able to pull them out so that was nice that he did that.The ProductIt's pretty simple once you get the hang of it and aren't dealing with a particularly complicated wall.You make the holes, put in the anchors then attach the receivers to the wall with the screws. Then you insert the tubes. The adjustable tubes make the project low maintenance since you can just adjust it to the space that you haveIt comes with the screw anchors and screws that you need. You just need a drill and driver.I WOULD WARN that those tubes are pretty tough to get in or out of the holes (which is why I needed a new receiver) soooo just be prepared to commit once you insert them. The oil and soap didn't work to loosen them for me but I used the muscle strength I could muster and finally pushed them in lol. That just makes it more stable.Watch the videos and figure out what you're going to do before you start playing with the tubes, bc once they're in, they're in.

The instructions for installing this unit were clear with photos that showed everything.It is super sturdy and looks elegant.Very happy.

Not so easy to put together. Is a bit of a pain in the rear, especially when the product claims to be super easy. It is not difficult, just a little time consuming. But not bad product overall. It holds all of my granny pants and jars of pickles.
