I needed to extend one kitchen faucet line which was an inch to short. So I needed a 3/8 inch male on one end an a 3/8 female on the other end in order to extend my existing line. This hose description shows needing to remove the one female end and then I have what’s needed. Great so I ordered it and it came with one female end and one male end without doing a thing with it. I attached the hose to my existing and was careful not to over tighten . No leaks and 1 minute to accomplish.

I bought four of these in order to convert a single vanity to a “double†vanity with a trough sink with two faucets. The faucet water lines are not long enough, so I bought these to extend the waterline under the vanity. They work for what I need. One of them came without the nut and ring at one end and it was not in the package. Luckily I don’t need it, but if someone did need it, they would be out of luck. The company should have better quality control. Thus the 4 star rating.

Worked great to extend my faucet hot and cold lines which were too short to reach the water outlet. Perfect fit on the 3/8" and no leaks!

I purchased a new kitchen faucet on Amazon and it would have been a 30 minute install (replacement) but one of the braided supply lines integrated into the new appliance would not reach my water nipple- looked at Home Depot but no luck, so was happy to get this in 24 hours on Amazon and complete my install. Works perfectly.

I decided to upgrade the standard kitchen faucet in my apartment without investigating how long the hoses on the new faucet were. I installed it in the sink, hooked up the hot and discovered that the cold just wouldn't reach. When I called around to the local hardware and plumbing stores, no one had an extension! Seriously? Not even the plumbing stores?!? CRAZY! To my amazement, I found this on Amazon, ordered it and crossed my fingers. It arrived the next day and I was able to complete my project. This was perfect! It fit right onto my new faucet and was plenty to connect to the cold water. No complaints.
