Purchased this motor and ESC upgrade for my Arrma 6s felony. Motor fit with no room to spare same as for the esc. 8s ready now.Didn’t have to purchase extra parts to make them fit. ESC does not come with a battery connector so that is something you will need. Oh yeah and a lot of road. If you look at my photo, you can see where I had to shave off a little bit of plastic to put motor in but I have a 34 tooth pinion 😳on the motor. So if you’re looking for power and speed for the value of the money, this is it.

Great upgrade from stock arrma 6s. Perfect fit for arrma fireteam. Easy install with stock mounts. The performance and power on just 6s Great. I can run a lot bigger pinion on 6s and still have a lot cooler temps. The Bluetooth features with the app makes it so easy to change settings and look at live temps and other data. I love it.

Man this has the punch I was looking for in my 6s Kraton EXB V1if you get this you will not be disappointed. I’m using a Robinson Racing 22t high carbon steel pinion. The only way to go. The Bluetooth was a little tricky at first but man the settings are unreal data logging and everything else was just right. Everything was so easy even I could do the firmware update without any issues. When you are trying to connect to Bluetooth put your device on the esc itself but once you are connected you are good to go. Way to go hobby wing great job.

I would say this is an awesome upgrade to a traxxas xmaxx if you are on a budget. I used a bowhouse motor mount and other than that it dropped in. Now if your truck is super heavy with tons of aluminum upgrades you might want to look into the max5 combo.
