Installation:

  • Remove the exhaust pipe;
  • Clean the cylinder head connector;
  • Put the exhaust pipe gasket into the cylinder head.
  • If the gasket is too loose, you can apply a little bit of butter or sealant on the gasket to stick it, and then install the exhaust pipe.

I pulled the exhaust on a Lifan KPM200 to do some work on it. I was surprised by how low-quality the exhaust gasket was since the bike is a step up from the normal bikes coming from the same region. I ordered these gaskets from Amazon and was pleasantly surprised. They match the quality of the gasket that came with a nice after-market exhaust for one of my other bikes, and now I have plenty of spares! If you need this size gasket, these are a solid way to go.

Just looking at these exhaust gaskets you can easily see they are much higher quality. They squash down thick and seal great.

These were a perfect fit for my Lexmoto Isca and now I have plenty of spares. So cheap but works perfectly. Flat edge to cylinder head with a light smear of exhaust paste to help.
