SG400/SG800 Ink Cartridge Operation Manual

1. If your cartridge can be used normally, please ignore this description;

2. If the printer firmware or driver is upgraded, the following prompt may appear on the computer (Left image).

Please follow operations on the printer panel as below:

1. The printer panel will display "Non-Sawgrass Ink" (Fig 2) and (Fig 3) alternately, please Press the "#" key on the panel, as shown in Fig 3；

2. Then the printer panel appears "Continue?" (Fig 4) and (Fig 5) alternately, please press “ # ” key one more time;

3. Then the printer will show " Ready" state, and (Fig 6) and (Fig 7) will be displayed alternately. At this time, the chip capacity of the ink cartridge will be empty, and the red indicator light on the panel will flash, which will not affect the normal use (if the ink is used up, the printer will prompt to replace the ink cartridge), and the printer can print normally.

I installed the cyan ink and my printer showed an error code, I restarted the printer and then it showed ink depleted . I'm returning it for a refundUpdate , Customer service was very helpful and they sent me a Refund. I'm happy with that.

The appearance is very light. The ink washed away in just a few washes. Donâ€™t waste your money. Buy the name brand and save yourself a lot of aggravation.

Installed with no problem, and works well. Color might not be quite exact as the brand name, but that could also be a product of older paper and the printer not being used as often.
