The product is cheaply made! The product wasn't wrapped in a box but in bubble wrap with tape. The corners were bent in opposite directions. I'm returning this product immediately

This was just what we needed to update our door. Our house is older and it came with this beautiful wood door, but I always felt like it could look better. I painted it black and added this gold kick plate. Yes the color is a little off and is a darker gold than I wanted but I think it looks good against the black. So if you’re going for a softer gold, no this isn’t it. The installation was easy, but you do have to go down to the hardware store and get matching nails. It did come with some but they were regular nails that didn’t match. Again, not a big deal. For the price you can’t beat the quality and look.
