Can you believe it I made it myself! They are so cute! I think is is really easy for beginners as well as it has a booklet that teaches you each step with detailed description. The amount of yarn is very sufficient, which I even made an extra little key holder! All the tools that you need is given. One point of improvement is that the amount of stuffing could be more, as I like stiffer texture for my Dino, so I need quite a lot of the stuffing. I took me around 3-4 days to finish one Dino while I am watching anime episode XD It worth the value for money. Happy crochet experience!

If you are a beginner crochet person, I suggest else to start. These are beautiful. the video link is easy to follow to get the directions. Even so, there are crochet skills and terms that one should know and be comfortable with first. I would have given it a 5 star but the hook is just terrible. I am glad I already crochet so had the same size. Just be aware purchasers that the hook is quite poor.

Had such a fun time making this little guy! I am someone who has some experience in crocheting but also crochets very rarely — like once every 5 years — to the point that I need to review videos/instructions to figure out how to do even the most basic stitching before a kind of muscle memory kicks in again. Was slightly intimated looking at the kit at first but having videos do really help until you get the hang of it. First time doing this kind of stuff animal project and also had to learn out how to sew the parts together, but ended up finding that part easy and very satisfying as the work pays off and you get close to the final product. Recommend this project for someone with a little patience as the yarn is relatively low weight and need a smaller hook, but I actually like that the project isn’t finished in a nanosecond as I imagine might be for a kit using chunkier yarns. And I think the look may be better with the smaller stitching as well. Great value for having everything you need in one place to make two little Dinos.

Such a cute kit. I love the way it's packaged, the hook is decent quality and so is the yarn. Everything you need is inside. I've crocheted for years but I'm new to animals. I struggled at first, but now I've got it and it's so cute!It's medium difficulty, but the project is very forgiving for dropped or extra stitches. I bought this just for fun anyway!

The instructional videos/tutorials are awesome. The actual pattern is fun. In theory, this should be a great kit. The included tools are as expected for this minimal project. However, the poor quality of the included yarn is a big disappointment. It defeats the purpose and simplicity that a crochet kit offers. I ended up having to purchase better quality yarn to complete this project.
