this "snow" blanket was perfect for my Christmas village. i set it up on my TV stand and it does need to be fluffed out of the packaging. once you fluff it and move it around, it looks so cute with holiday village decorations and set up.

It looks flat in the packaging but you can pinch it to make snow drifts.

The snow blanket was about a quarter of an inch thick and worked well under Christmas Village buildings and train layout track. I used to cover light cords.
