Falken Design Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) is mainly used for external and internal architectural cladding or partitions, false ceilings, signage, machine covering and container construction. Additional applications are interior wall decoration, low building cladding, shop face decoration, partitions interior decorations, POP Displays. Falken Design aluminum composite panels are 1 half the weight of aluminum. Front aluminum surface layer is brushed silver and comes with protective film. Back aluminum surface layer is coated with PE (polyester) color off-white and no protective film. Excellent durability in outdoor and outdoor applications. Stain resistant, weather and corrosion resistant. Very rigid, durable, and strong material although it is very light in weight. Applications: substitute for aluminum sheets or wood panels, graphic mounting, printing, interior and exterior signage, architectural indoor and outdoor cladding, structural point-of-purchase (POP) displays, exhibits, kiosks, engine covers and housing.

This Falken 24 x 36 panel was received in perfect condition, adequately wrapped in cardboard. The packaging even included a 1/2"-thick piece of plywood to support the product. The corners had an extra layer of cardboard protection. The panel was cut with perfect 90-degree corners and the dimensions were true. I noted that printing on the removable film on the finished face stated that this composite would withstand 245 deg-F --a useful fact not mentioned in the description on Amazon.I easily cut the sheet on my table saw (with carbide blade), taking care to remove any resulting tiny aluminum slivers. My use case was to replace a destroyed decorative glass front on an oven door with something visually appealing in our kitchen. The 1/8" thickness exactly fit there. I am very satisfied with this product.

I was looking for something lightweight to act as a shelf on my portable workmate work bench. I know that some ppl use wood or mdf, but I did not want that kind of weight. This was a perfect solution! I was able to cut it easily with my jigsaw. It fits perfectly and is super light. But it also feels very strong as well as it holds plenty of heavy tools and keeps them handy as I’m working on the bench.At first, due to it being so light and smooth, I was concerned that it may get scratched or banged up easily. I've been using it now for a couple of months, and even with all the tools, screws, etc. on it, the shelf still looks great! I am so happy that I found this. It makes my bench much more efficient.

Product I recieved was the right dimensions but does not match the images or written description. Clearly made of some kind of plastic, but absolutely no indication of what kind and no hints of "aluminum" or "brushed silver" anywhere to be found. Based on other reviews this doesn't seem to be an isolated problem. Would not recommend this product if you are looking for a specific material or finish.

I was looking for some 1/8 aluminum to do a small project found this Falken Design Aluminum Composite Panel Brushed Silver 24"x 36", 1/8" Thick and took a chance that it might work.The package arrived and looked like it had been in a prize fight, upon inspection the panel had a couple of bent corners, but they straighten out easily. When I started on my project, the panel was easy to cut, and I believe it is as strong or stronger than the same size aluminum. It’s also lighter than aluminum of the same size. Overall, I will be using this again in the future.

This is an excellent aluminum panel, with a great price. I agree with other reviews that it is not well packaged, but this is the kind of item that is generally further cut to the size needed, and there was only a small bit of damage to one of the corners. However, if you need a high-quality composite aluminum panel, this is perfect. I hope they will learn to tape a bit of styrofoam around the corners.

Panels seem to match the description and they are cut accurately; however, they were just thrown in a large shipping box with no padding or support and arrived warped and with bent corners

bought this to cover my sunroof glass that Hurricane Ian blew out. had a sheet of sign type pvc in there but it flexed way too much. this is a nice , stiff , lightweight board that fit great, easy to cut, and holds on tight with flex tape. Better and cheaper than Lexan. Can drive with windows down without worrying about it blowing off. Waiting on the first hailstorm to see how it holds up, but don't think I'll have a problem

Must be new to the market as I have never seen anything like it. Aluminum/plastic/aluminum...Cut easy and stayed together.
