I'm a mom of two and trust painting, drawing with my kids is awesome but the aftermath always end up with me cleaning neating up the place but this is a great invention.... one place no mess.... easy to use and affordable....

Love this kit! I bought it used very good condition. It was supposed to have box damage but actually the hinges were damaged. It cost about $20 more for a brand new kit but only about $3 to $4 for new hinges a quick and easy fix! (Actually works workout hinges) So obviously not the best hardware. The brushes were ok, I’ll Get another deluxe set for more variety (fan etc.) but other than that I loved it!!

My granddaughter is a very talented artist so I bought this for her and she painted a garden scene for me. She loves the easel and her mom loves the fact that it all fits in the case. No mess!

Surprised! This is a beautiful rich dark brown (not black as stated in description, and it should be corrected) stained solid wood. Solid construction and hardware; Compact size, yet has lots of storage space for all my supplies; Easy assembly; Ergonomic and very stable for working on a table top or even on the lap; Handles small and large canvases and drawing boards; Nice bonus: It came with an acrylic paint set, set of brushes, two 9x12 canvas boards and a palette inside of it. I plan to use the easel for my watercolors and sketching, but occasionally I use acrylics for mixed media, so it's a great value all around.This would also make a really nice gift for any artist (beginner to experienced) who likes the flexibility of having a compact, organized, portable studio that takes up very little space on a desk or tabletop, and can then slip it into a tote bag for class or on-the-go art. I recommend.

I bought this item for my nephew who is only 6, but loves to paint. He loves his new art kit. The kit came fully stocked with all the items needed to begin painting immediately. I cannot wait to see what he comes up with. The wooden box will probably last for a long, long time as it is very sturdy.

Good starter set! 4 stars as the paint tubes are very small and some were dried out upon arrival.
