Was 2 weeks late! When it got here the box looked like it went through Pearl Harbor! Box was completely open, reached in and pulled the frame out. I thought the glass was broken but it was not, however the one tab on the back to hold the picture in was completely ripped off and splintered! The front of the frame had a few scrapes in the wood!! Not a good purchase! But I will try to mend it since it was a Christmas gift, and christmas was yesterday and I did order this in the beginning of December!!!!!!

This was a Christmas present for my hubby and even though the first one was slightly damaged, they replaced it immediately! Love it so much!

Absolutely horrible waited almost a month for the product to get here delivery date changed multiple times frame is in terrible condition absolutely so disappointed to give this to my father for his Christmas gift

Frame was not wrapped to ship, packed in too large of a box, frame was cracked/ broken in the back. There is a good chance it was already broken when it was placed in the box, because of the location of the large crack along the back inside of the frame. Was to be a gift, very disappointed.
